Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops each of Fir Needle Canada, Peppermint, and Sweet Orange Essential Oils to encourage an uplifted and comforted mood.  
• Combine 10 drops of Fir Needle Canada Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply it to your wrists and temples.
• Dilute Fir Needle Canada Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 5% ratio.  Gently massage the chest and neck.
