Bergamot Mint, Patchouli, Blood Orange, Sage, Frankincense, Thyme, Ylang Ylang, and Orange essential oils combine to create a sweet and earthy blend that is capable of calming our inner chaos. Meditate Blend works to soothe feelings of anxiety and stress and clear the mind of negative thoughts, making it perfect for meditation or yoga practices.

Ingredients

Bergamot Mint, Patchouli, Blood Orange, Sage, Frankincense, Thyme, Ylang Ylang, and Orange essential oils.

Uses

• Add 3-4 drops of Meditate Blend to your favorite at-home diffuser to create a sacred space for meditation or mental relaxation.
• Combine 5 drops of Meditate Blend with 10 ml of Fractionated Coconut oil into a roller bottle. Roll on your wrists or temples to clear and calm the mind while on the go.
• Create a yoga mat spray by combining 5ml of Meditate Blend, ¼ cup of Witch Hazel Extract, and distilled water into a 4 oz spray bottle. Spray mat and then wipe with a towel. Let the yoga mat fully dry before use.

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin. Keep out of reach from children. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
