Uses

• Diffuse 4 drops of Fir Needle Siberia, 3 drops of Bergamot, and 2 drops of Lavender essential oils to calm and balance the emotions.
• Combine 5 drops of  Fir Needle Siberia Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to the wrists and neck to uplift the mood and combat negativity throughout the day.
• Dilute Fir Needle Siberia Essential Oil with a carrier oil at a 2% ratio. Gently massage in circular motions.
