Breathe In Breathe Out Vapor Rub
Ingredients
- 5oz of Sweet Almond Oil
- 1oz of Beeswax Pearls
- 2oz of Unrefined Shea Butter
- 80 drops of Breathe’N Blend
Instructions
Heat beeswax and shea butter on a double boiler until fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in sweet almond oil and essential oil blend. Pour immediately into the container and allow it to cool and harden for several hours before using.
A Sigh of Relief Aromatherapy Spray
Ingredients
- 4oz Amber Glass Bottle with Spray Top
- 2oz of High Percentage Alcohol
- 2oz of Witch Hazel Extract
- 30 drops of Breathe’N Blend
Instructions
Add 2oz of high-percentage alcohol to the bottle. Add the essential oils and fill the remainder of the bottle with witch hazel, leaving a little space at the top. Shake well before each use.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Baking Soda
- 1 cup of Coarse Mineral Sea Salt
- 1 cup of Epsom Salt
- ½ cup of Loose Green Tea
- 40 drops of Breathe’N Blend
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large jar and stir thoroughly to combine. Add about one cup of the mixture to a warm bath and soak for 30 minutes to an hour.
