Cypress Essential Oil is believed to ease coughs while also helping to reduce congestion and promote easier deeper breathing.  It has also been found to combat feelings of stress and anxiety and encourage a sense of relaxation and overall well-being. 


Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil is known to eliminate negative emotions and encourage feelings of relaxation for a tranquil and uplifted mood.  It can also help to soothe respiratory distress by easing coughs and working to combat germs and bacteria that can lead to illness.

Instructions

Heat beeswax and shea butter on a double boiler until fully melted.  Remove from heat and stir in sweet almond oil and essential oil blend.  Pour immediately into the container and allow it to cool and harden for several hours before using.

Instructions

Add 2oz of high-percentage alcohol to the bottle.  Add the essential oils and fill the remainder of the bottle with witch hazel, leaving a little space at the top.  Shake well before each use.  

 

Rejuvenating Soak Detox Bath

Rejuvenating Soak Detox Bath

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Baking Soda
  • 1 cup of Coarse Mineral Sea Salt
  • 1 cup of Epsom Salt
  • ½ cup of Loose Green Tea
  • 40 drops of Breathe’N Blend

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large jar and stir thoroughly to combine.  Add about one cup of the mixture to a warm bath and soak for 30 minutes to an hour.
