Typically, all orders ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. During busy periods, including holidays and sales events, processing time may increase to 5-7 business days before your package is shipped.
The Essential Oil Company reserves the right to adjust shipping charges as needed. If an adjustment is necessary, a member of our customer service team will reach out to discuss the best options.
Expedited shipping is processed in the same order as standard shipping. If you need your order fulfilled faster, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Back Orders:

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping for Returns:
