DIY Solid Perfume Recipes
Carrying around a bottle of liquid perfume can be inconvenient and sometimes messy. It can break, the cap could fall off, and it just adds unnecessary weight.
Making your own solid perfume can not only prevent these things from happening but can also be a fun project and gift idea. With only 3 ingredients this is such an easy and customizable DIY project.
Ingredients/ Supplies
- 1 tbsp of carrier oil with
- 1 tbsp of beeswax pellets
- 25-30 drops of essential oils
- Double Boiler
- Tins for storage
Directions
- Add carrier oil and beeswax pellets to your double boiler on medium to high heat. Allow beeswax to melt and mix thoroughly with the carrier oil.
- Remove the mixture from heat and add your blend of essential oils.
- Pour the mixture into small tins and allow them to completely cool and dry before use.

- 1 tbsp of Fractionated Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of Beeswax
- 8 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
- 8 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 10 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 6 drops of Patchouli essential oil
Isn’t it Romantic? Solid Perfume
- 1 tbsp of Almond oil
- 1 tbsp of Beeswax
- 10 drops of Geranium essential oil
- 10 drops of Vetiver essential oil
- 8 drops of Lime essential oil
- 5 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil
Flannel & Whiskey Solid Perfume
- ½ tbsp of Jojoba oil
- ½ tbsp of Cocoa Butter
- 1 tbsp of Beeswax
- 12 drops of Cedarwood essential oil
- 9 drops of Bergamot essential oil
- 8 drops of Sandalwood essential oil
Lovely to Meet You Solid Perfume
- 1 tbsp of Fractionated Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of Beeswax
- 10 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil
- 9 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 6 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
- 6 drops of Lavender essential oil
Against the Wind Solid Perfume
- 1 tbsp of Almond oil
- 1 tbsp of Beeswax
- 12 drops of Pine essential oil
- 8 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 8 drops of Cedarwood essential oil
