Oregano Essential Oil has a spicy and sweet herbaceous aroma that many may recognize from the herb’s many culinary uses.   When diffused and inhaled, Oregano is believed to help calm the body and mind while also improving sleep quality.  Used topically, Oregano Essential Oil may help to ease inflammation which can soothe pain and itchiness caused by insect stings.  It is also known to stimulate circulation to the scalp, helping to encourage hair growth and combat dry scalp and dandruff.

Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops each of Oregano, Lavender, and Bergamot Essential Oils to encourage relaxation and improve sleep quality.
• Combine 3 drops of Oregano Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your areas of skin inflammation to help ease pain and irritation.
• Add a few drops of Oregano Essential Oil to your shampoo to soothe the scalp and boost hair growth.
