Topically, Nutmeg Essential Oil is known to have anti-inflammatory benefits that may help to ease muscle pain and cramps while also soothing digestive discomfort. It is also believed to be clarifying for the skin by helping to soothe irritated areas and reduce the appearance of scars and dark spots.

Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops of Nutmeg, 4 drops of Sweet Orange, and 2 drops of Cinnamon Cassia Essential Oils to create a warm and comforting environment.
• Combine 15 drops of Nutmeg Essential Oil with 1 oz of Witch Hazel and 1 oz of Distilled Water in a bottle with a spray top.  Spray all over the face after cleansing to soothe the skin and help improve hyperpigmentation. 
• Combine 5 drops of Nutmeg Essential Oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply it to your wrists and neck to awaken the mind and avoid fatigue.
