Description

Breathe’N Blend Essential Oil is a stimulating combination of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Cypress, Litsea Cubeba, Ho Wood, Cardamom, Sage, Elemi, and Rosemary essential oils.  Breathe’N Blend is the perfect way to improve breathing when troubled by seasonal allergies or a pesky cold. Soothing, cooling, and revitalizing, this blend of essential oils can put us at ease, while also giving us a burst of energy that may even improve memory. Breathe’N and breathe out all of your stress with this synergetic combination.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Cypress, Litsea Cubeba, Ho Wood, Cardamom, Sage, Elemi, and Rosemary essential oils.

Uses

• Combine 12 drops of Breathe’N Blend with 1 oz of Sweet Almond Oil. Rub the mixture onto your hands or chest to assist in clearing congestion.
• Place 2-3 drops of Breathe’N Blend in an Aroma Companion and inhale the aroma for boosts of energy and concentration throughout the day.
• Heat water to boiling and pour it into a large bowl. Add 3-4 drops of Breathe’N Blend, cover your head and the bowl with a large towel, and place your face above the bowl. Inhale the hot steam for several minutes to help relieve cough and congestion.

Caution

Skin sensitivity may occur. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin. Keep out of reach from children. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
