Sage Essential Oil, referred to as “Sage the Savior” in the Middles Ages, is beloved for its sweet, earthy, herbaceous aroma and its cleansing and soothing benefits. It is believed to clear the mind and ease negative emotions to help balance and uplift the mood. Used topically, Sage Essential Oil is known to shrink pores while also helping to soothe blemishes and reduce signs of aging on the skin. In hair care, it may help to cleanse the scalp and reduce excess oil and dandruff.

Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops of Sage, 3 drops of Frankincense, and 2 drops of Patchouli essential oils to help balance the emotions and clear the mind.
• Combine 10 drops of Sage Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Part hair and apply to the scalp to help combat dandruff.
• Dilute Sage Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 5% ratio.  After cleansing, gently massage into the face to improve skin tone and reduce signs of aging.
