Ingredients

Black Spruce, Frankincense, Ho Wood, Geranium, and Chamomile essential oils.

Uses

• Place  5-10 drops of Courage Blend into a diffuser in the morning to prepare for your day.
• Combine 10 drops of Courage Blend with 10 ml of Sweet Almond Oil into an Amber Roll-On Bottle. Apply it to wrists and neck for all-day confidence.
• Place 2-3 drops of Courage Blend in the Aroma Companion and have unlimited access to your inner strength throughout the day.
