Lavandin Essential Oil has a fresh, clean, and herbaceous aroma that is similar to lavender.   While similar, the fragrance of Lavandin is often found to be stronger and has more staying power which makes it a popular replacement for Lavender Essential Oil in applications such as soap and candle making.  When diffused, it is believed to ease feelings of stress while increasing mental strength to help avoid the onset of anxiety and depression.  Lavandin can also help to combat unwanted odors and repel pest insects from our bodies and homes.

Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops of Lavandin, 3 drops of Lemon, and 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oils to help soothe coughs and respiratory inflammation.
• Combine 5 drops each of Lavandin and Citronella Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle.  Apply a small amount on several spots on the body to help repel insects before spending time outdoors.
• Dilute 20 drops of Lavandin Essential Oil and 20 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in 8 oz of alcohol and 8 oz of distilled water in a spray bottle.  Shake well and spray on rugs, drapes, and linens throughout the home to combat odors.
