Uses
- Diffuse 4 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, and 2 drops each of Frankincense and Cedarwood Essential Oils to improve mental clarity and focus.
- Combine 10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Roll on wrists to ease tension and reduce stress.
- Dilute Rosemary Essential Oil with a carrier oil to a 5% ratio. Massage into the scalp and allow it to sit for 15 mins to soothe scalp dryness and boost hair growth.
