Uses
- Diffuse 3 drops of Ginger , 3 drops of Lavender, and 2 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oils to reduce the onset of headaches and fatigue.
- Dilute Ginger Essential Oil with a carrier oil at a 3% ratio. Gently massage the mixture into the abdomen to boost digestion and soothe the stomach.
- Add 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, 6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil and ⅓ oz of Sweet Almond Oil to a roll-on bottle. Roll a small amount on the face and smooth into skin to ease inflammation and combat signs of aging.
