Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops each of White Camphor, Lavender, and Lemon essential oils to quell nervousness and boost confidence.
• Combine 1 oz of carrier oil with 3 drops of White Camphor Essential Oil and 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and massage into tense neck and shoulder muscles.
• Add White Camphor Essential Oil to a shower steamer recipe to help soothe coughs and congestion.
