Uses

• Diffuse 5 drops each of Grapefruit Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oil to increase mental and physical energy and boost mood.
• Combine 5 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil and 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 1oz of Fractionated Coconut Oil and gently press into the skin before bed for an overnight relaxation.
