Uplift Blend

Description

Uplift Essential Oil Blend was formulated to help us embrace positivity in every moment.  This combination of essential oils can enhance energy and heighten a positive state of mind, helping to combat feelings of anxiety and stress.  The aromatherapeutic benefits of Lemon, Bergamot, Rosemary, and Peppermint essential oils come together in the perfect sequence to combat emotional lethargy and fatigue.  Invigorating and fresh, Uplift Blend contains stimulating health benefits and can even be used to help purify rooms and surfaces in the home.

Ingredients

Rosemary, Lemon, Bergamot, and Peppermint essential oils.

Uses

• Add a few drops of Uplift Blend to an Aroma Companion and carry it with you throughout the day.  Inhale deep breaths whenever you need a quick pick me up. 
• Diffuse 8-10 drops of Uplift Blend in any room to help purify the air, give yourself a sense of clarity and joy, and  help get you going in the morning. 
• Combine 5 drops of Uplift Blend with 10ml of Fractionated Coconut oil into a roller bottle. Shake well.  Roll the mixture onto wrists, neck, and/or temples for a jump start throughout the day.

Caution

Skin sensitivity may occur.  Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying directly to the skin.  Keep out of reach from children. If pregnant or breastfeeding please ask your doctor before use.
